Return of Credits

The "Service Provider" makes its best effort to serve its customers but can not provide guarantees of any kind of correctness or availability of the "Service". The "Service Provider" attempts to implement precautions to reduce problems especially connected to the credit system that the "Service" operates with. In case of an error on the side of the "Service Provider" it may happen that credits are subtracted from a user's account. The "Service Provider" implements automatic checks that may recognize such a situation and return credits to the account. However, not all error situations can be recognized this way and handled automatically in favor of a user and you agree to accept this state of facts as an integral part of the "Service". In case you experience a problem with charging credits, you are advised to contact the "Service Provider" through the support system and describe your situation in detail and provide proves, if any.

There are many situations that are out of control of the "Service Provider" and that can cause a user to spend credits without receiving an adequate service in return. This includes but is not limited to outages and malfunctions on the side of "Service Provider"'s hosting service and Internet provider, errors in third party software components and services that the "Service" is based on. You agree to accept this state of facts as an integral part of the "Service".

The "Service Provider" may or may not, at its sole discretion, correct balances on users' accounts.

Refunds and Account Termination

In all common cases, all purchases are final and users can not ask for refunds. The "Service Provider", in its sole and absolute discretion, may issue refunds in exceptional cases, such as proved frauds and account hacks.

At any time, a registered user may the "Service Provider" through the support system and ask for a termination of their account and deleting all personal or business information of that account. A termination of an account is not a sufficient reason on its own for a refund of any kind. Unspent credits and unexpired subscriptions will be liquidated without a compensation.

Availability

The "Service Provider" does not warrant that the "Service" will be uninterrupted, timely or error free, although it is provided to the best ability. By using this service you thereby indemnify the "Service Provider", its employees, agents and affiliates against any loss or damage, in whatever manner, howsoever caused.

Change of Service

It is not possible to create and maintain more versions of the "Service" based on each user's preferences, and no compensations can be made for users who dislike some or all of the changes implemented after their registration or purchase. Support

In case of violation of these terms, all accounts opened by the offending entity may be terminated without any compensation of accounts' balances and/or access to the "Service" from offender's computers and networks may be blocked completely.

Exploitation of Errors

Copying and Reselling

Copying and reselling any part of the "Service" is prohibited unless in cases permitted by these terms of service or by a written contract between you and the "Service Provider".

The "Service Provider" reserves its right to change pricing at any time without prior notice to users. Significant changes in pricing will be announced through the "Service" news and newsletters.
